Our Story
Neurogenesis Solutions was founded in 2024 by Vijaya Kumar Krishnan, a mechanical engineer with over 20 years of industry experience who made the deliberate transition into AI consulting to help Malaysian businesses compete in a rapidly changing world.
After two decades at Seagate Systems — progressing from Junior Engineer to Mechanical Equipment Development Manager — Vijay saw first-hand how large corporations leverage technology to gain efficiency and scale. He founded Neurogenesis Solutions to bring that same advantage to micro, small, and medium enterprises that often lack the resources to navigate AI adoption on their own
Meet the Founder
Vijay holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia (2001) and spent 20 years at Seagate Systems in roles spanning engineering, product development, R&D, and management.
Since the emergence of accessible AI tools, Vijay has been a hands-on practitioner — building AI workflows using N8N, LangFlow, Flowise, and Claude Code, and developing agentic workforce solutions for real-world use cases including finance analysis tools, AI tutors, personal assistant bots, and automated reporting systems.
His mission is simple: to make AI adoption practical, affordable, and impactful for Malaysian MSMEs.
